GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING

Are you tired of working out and hitting plateaus, or not getting the results you want? Join us for Unlimited Group Training and workout with a trainer up to 6 days a week! Not only will you get an amazing hour-long workout, you will also learn proper form for a variety of different exercises, find ways to mix up your workouts to keep them fun, and train the right way for the body you’ve always wanted!

WARRIOR PIT

This class is meant for those advanced lifters looking to challenge themselves to get the best results. Typically the workout will occur on the turf, but have no limitations in terms of equipment. The best results come from pushing yourself and discovering new heights. These workouts are intense, focused workouts and are a great addition to your plan!

GRAVITY SHRED

Gravity Shred is suspension training with a twist! This class takes place in the jungle gym using cables, body weight, and gravity as resistance. This class will boost your strength and help with stability and balance while building your overall coordination and control. Engage multiple muscle groups through a variety of movements to get your body burning.

JUNGLE GYM

Welcome to the Jungle! Try out a variety of exercises including suspension training, battle ropes, slam balls, and turf training. Trainers are constantly coming up with creative techniques to combine an assortment of exercises that will boost your total body workout!

CHALLENGER BOOTCAMP

Variety of exercises and workouts that include the turf, jungle gym and even the weight room. Our challenger bootcamp will include the same intensity as our 90 minute bootcamps but are only 60 minutes long. These classes are on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and are meant to get you ready for a 90 minute boot camp!

TRAIN WITH A TRAINER

For the clients looking for an advanced workout, and also thinking about trying Personal Training. Join the trainer during their own workout session! Each session will be mixed up with weight training, turf training, and cardio movements.

KID’S SPORTS CONDITIONING

Want to get your kid more playing time? Elevate their game by bringing them to this class while you workout! Kid’s Sports Conditioning is predominantly on the turf with battle ropes, sand pit, steps, agility drills, plyometric and explosive movements. There is no weight training with this class due to age limitations.  Ages 9-16.

Single Session – $15
6 Weeks (1 Session per week) – $75   (*These passes expire after 8 weeks to allow for schedule flexibility*)

CYCLING

Experience the exhilaration of riding as you pump to hard-driving music. Burn up to 500 calories in 40 minutes! This high intensity hour also includes a concentrated 15-minute ab workout. Work at your own pace and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride filled with an upbeat instructor and playlist!

INTENSE30

Intense30 is a half hour of advanced nonstop high intensity intervals involving weights, kettlebells, steps and metabolic conditioning cardio. Combined together, these workouts will burn fat and maintain lean muscle mass and get you sweating like crazy all in just 30 minutes! Cydney Mitchell is the lead instructor for this class.

TOTAL BODY KNOCKOUT

Sculpt muscles and burn fat!  This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.  Each “round,” or series of kick-boxing combinations, has its own specific music chosen for the workout.  Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a healthier you! Ashley Rhodes is the lead instructor for this class.
