Kettlebells

This kettlebell class is fun yet challenging! It uses whole body, complex movements to integrate cardio, strength & flexibility training!

Intense 30

Intense30 is a half hour of advanced nonstop high intensity intervals involving weights, kettlebells, steps and metabolic conditioning cardio. Combined together, these workouts will burn fat and maintain lean muscle mass and get you sweating like crazy all in 30 minutes!

Open Pit with Turf

Open pit is a class that is completely on your own. There is no trainer on the floor to teach a structured class. Use a premium pass to try out all our exercise equipment on the turf, jungle gym or sand pit!

Challenger Bootcamp

Variety of exercises and workouts that include the turf, jungle gym and even the weight room. Our challenger bootcamp will include the same intensity as our 90 minute bootcamps but are only 60 minutes long!

Cardio Plus-Hot and Heavy Spin

Hot and Heavy Spin is a way to increase the intensity and will help burn more calories and body fat. Add resistance with tension and weights and you have got a huge calorie burning workout. Adding the heat will help get rid of the toxins throughout your entire body. Walk out of this class feeling amazing and energized!

Kid’s Sports Conditioning

Fast feet drills on the turf, sand pit workouts, introduction to the weight room, weighted ropes, etc. Ages 9-16.

Jungle Gym

Take a step into our jungle and try out a variety of exercises including suspension training, body weight, weighted ropes and turf exercises!

For the more advanced clients. Join the trainer during their own workout session! Each session will be mixed up with weight training and different types of cardio.

Total Body Knockout

Sculpt muscles and blast fat!  This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance.  Each “round,” or series of kick-boxing combinations, has its own specific music chosen for the workout.  Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!

Group Weight Training

Are you tired of working out and hitting plateaus, or not getting the results you want? Join us for Unlimited Group Training and workout with a trainer up to 6 days a week! Not only will you get an amazing hour-long workout, you will also learn proper form for a variety of different exercises, find ways to mix up your workouts to keep them fun, and train the right way for the body you’ve always wanted!
