3Dfit has changed me as a person in so many ways and I will be forever grateful! I started off doing personal training. I was then convinced to join an Extreme 36 Six Week Challenge in 2014. I came in 2nd place out of the challenge and was so proud of how much I was able to change but wasn’t satisfied! I then joined Donna’s Bikini Camp and challenged myself in so many different ways. I couldn’t believe how much it changed my outlook on myself both physically and mentally. I won the entire Bikini Camp competition and can finally say that I am now confident with the way I feel and the way my body looks!

I knew that I could use my passion for fitness to help motivate and educate others. I love how rewarding my job as a trainer/coach is and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I have experience in training clients ranging from youth to elderly. With a desire to develop and grow my skills as a personal trainer and better aid my clients, I have pursued several certifications in Sports Nutrition and Personal Training.
