Throughout my involvement in athletics, I have gathered knowledge in methods to engineer the body to reach maximum fitness potential. I agree with the general philosophy that it is important to set goals. However, the objective should then shift into crushing those goals and exceeding expectations to mold your body into peak condition. Additionally, I understand the different intensity levels of exercise and the benefits that result from each level. I have dedicated my fitness career to connecting the body and mind to improve self image and confidence. My motto is that anything worth doing is never easy.
