Step Up To A Challenge...

Muscle Building 101 with Donna Burick! This program
is designed to build muscle while also learning proper form in the
weight room. This program is a 5 day split in a body building style
of training.

8 weeks
1 team trainings per week
Wednesday 6:30 pm or Sunday 9:30 am
Trainerize app & 24 hour gym included plus nutritional guidance
and body scans!
